Fish Frikadels

Ingredients
1 Tin Middelcut 1 Small Bunch Corriander chopped 2 Large onions chopped 3 Green Chillies chopped fine 1 small bunch spring onions chopped 1 Slice of bread 1 Egg beaten 1 small tomato 1 teaspoon salt

Method:
Drain the water from tin crumble fish in a medium size bowl add all the ingredients together and mix well. Make small balls and dip in breadcrumbs and fry in deep oil until golden brown.

Best enjoyed with: chutney or sauce

Serves 4-6
