plantain,oil,fish,maggi,salt,water,pepper,spices(curry,crayfish)tomatoes and onion.

Method:
put the oil on the fire,when it is hot den fry to ur sati sfaction.slice ur tomatoe,pepper and onion den begin to turn in a hot oil.Ad to it ur fish and other spices.

Best enjoyed with: fried arish potatoe
