CLEAN TIN FISH , DRAIN ALL JUICES , COBINE THE CLEANED TIN FISH , 2 GREEN CHILLIES , MASALA, GINGER & GARLIC PASTE , SALT ,1ONION ,1 TSP TUMERIC, CORIANDER, FLOUR ,EGG, MIX TOGETHER UNTIL IT FORMS A PASTE , HEAT OIL IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN , MIX MIXTURE AGAIN, MAKE SMALL BALLS AND PRESS FLAT , FRY FOR 10 MIN , ( LIGHT BROWN) DHALL :ADD DHALL , TOMATOE , CHILLIES , TUMERIC , SALT , BOIL UNTIL SOFT AND THICK , BRAISE ONION , GINGER & GARLIC PASTE MUSTARD SEEDS TOGETHER UNTIL BROWN , ADD TO BOILED DHALL MIX , SIMMER FOR 10 MIN .
