Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cups macaroni 1 tin tuna fish (in oil) 1 onion 1/2 English cucumber diced 1 tomato (large) diced 1 cup shredded lettuce 2 tbsp diced green pepper 2 tbsp mayonnaise (lite) 1 tsp tomato sauce 1 tsp mustard powder salt pepper 1 pinch mixed herb

Method:
Bring macaroni to the boil. Add a drop of oil to stop sticking and then cool down. Mix together the mayonnaise, tomato sauce and mustard powder. Add the tuna and chopped vegetables to the macaroni. Add the mayonnaise mix. Give it a gentle stir until mayonnaise has been distributed all around. Sprinkle with the mixed herb. You can add crushed garlic if you wish. Serve with fresh french loaf and a glass of your favourite white wine.
